Think about it.
Elections come every 4 years and so does leap year.
But heres where it gets scary [img]eek.gif[/img]
Both happen in the same years.
Never changes, always the same.
Of course this only works for Presidential Elections, or does it? [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img]
We could hold all elections on leap day.
Sure you'd have to spend more time at the polls since the ballots would be about 30 pages long, but you'd all manage somehow. And, since you'd only have to do it every four years you could plan ahead and make a day of it. Maybe hold elections in mall food courts so you can go see a movie or do some shopping while you wait and eat lunch when it's your tun to vote. Careful not to spill on the ballot.
